Returns


Refunds will be given by store credit or exchange only. All refunds requests must be submitted within 15 days and clothing must be in original condition, including all original tags. Items that have been worn, stained, have excessive smells, pet hair, or smoke damage may be refused for return upon arrival. Customer will bear the cost of returning these damaged items if desired. 

 All final sale items, swimsuits, and activewear are ineligible for return. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. If an order is marked delivered, we will offer assistance for solutions, but are not responsible for replacing missing or stolen deliveries. Any mistakes the customer enters in the address are the responsibility of the customer and will not be replaced if delivered incorrectly. 

Customers can request a shipping label. The cost of the shipping ($8.00 for any number of items) will be removed from store credit. Please ship back in a polybag or mailer unless notified by the company. Returns must be sent within TEN DAYS of label creation.

Please begin the return process by going out to the main menu and clicking on the login button at the bottom of the menu. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your order. You will then be given a code through email to gain access to your account to process a label.
